Introduced the hardware structure and monitoring software design of the supply system for an intelligent emulsion pump work. Focused on the control of automatic matching process, including the online detection system of water treatment and water quality, the automatic matching system, and the automatic fault handling. The actual trial operation shows that the automation level of emulsion preparation is enhanced, and the system has proper stability and reliability.
