摘要
针对变电所温度自动控制的要求,提出了一种温度自动控制装置的设计方案。阐述了温度的变化对变电所设备运行的重要性,介绍了温度自动控制装置的工作原理,采用数字式温度传感器DS18B20采集所内温度,通过主控单元AT89C2051进行分析判断,控制变电所里空调的启停和空调开机数量,并通过Modbus通信将信息上传到选煤厂调度室,通过装置安装前后现场实际运行经验比较,得出该装置不仅提高了变电所运行的可靠性,而且节省了劳动力,节约了用电量。
According to the requirements of substation temperature automatic control, a design scheme of temperature automatic control device was presented. Expounded the importance of temperature variation to the operation of substation equipment, and introduced the working principle of temperature automatic control device. By using the digital temperature sensor DS18B20 collecting temperature, analyzed and judged the main control unit of AT89C2051 substation control and air conditioning on the number of start stop, and uploaded the information to the coal preparation plant control room through the Modbus communication, through comparing the practical operation before and after the installation, shows that the device not only improves the reliability of substation operation, and saves labor and electricity.
