摘要
为了提高单巷掘进效率,对煤巷高效快速掘进技术进行了研究。对传统掘锚机组一体化掘进工艺进行了优化,基于分段分次支护作业方法,提出了掘锚运连续平行高效作业技术,开发了辅助支护设备和后配套运输设备,并在神东大柳塔煤矿进行应用。应用结果表明,掘锚运连续平行高效作业技术效果良好,极大地提高了单巷掘进效率。
Aiming at raising the efficiency of single-drift driving, the fast and efficient driving technology was studied, For optimization of the traditional unit driving technology by the dig-anchoring (DA) aggregate, the continuous parallel and high-efficient dig-anchor-haulage technology was put forward based on the branch-staged support operation.
