磁共振全身弥散检查的临床应用研究 被引量:2

THE VALUE OF WHOLE-BODY MAGNETIC RESONANCE DIFFUSIOM WEIGHTED IMAGING IN CLINICAL EXAMINATION

摘要 目的:评价磁共振全身弥散加权技术,对已确诊肿瘤病人或偶发局部病变而了解全身状况的评估及其临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析了60例行磁共振全身弥散加权成像检查的病人,其中已确诊原发肿瘤病史的病人42例,8例病人未明确原发肿瘤及10例临床体检病人。通过对全身弥散加权成像结果的观察,对肿瘤进行N分期,观察原发肿瘤及转移瘤的部位、大小,探讨磁共振全身弥散加权成像技术对肿瘤病人的原发病灶及全身转移灶的评估。结果:磁共振全身弥散加权成像可以清晰显示肿瘤病人的原发病灶及全身转移病变,结合局部全身MRI冠状位T2WI脂肪抑制序列,可以更好的区别病灶及伪影。头颈部的DWI图像有不可攻克的伪影,必须结合平扫,以免遗漏病变。结论:磁共振全身弥散加权成像技术可以清晰的显示肿瘤的原发病灶及全身转移灶,能够较精准的为临床医师提供客观影像依据,因其无创无辐射的优点,使其成为临床医师首选的检查方法。 Objective:To evaluate the value of whole-body magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging in the diagnosis of patients with tumor or local recurrence,assessing the general status of tumor patients. Methods:Retrospective analysis of 60 cases of cancer patients in the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University, All patients underwent magnetic resonance whole body diffusion weighted examination,42cases had been diagnosed with primary tumor,and 8 patients had no definite primary tumor, and 10 patient who wanted to physical examination. Through the observation of the results of the whole-body diffusion weighted imaging, Staging of tumor, the site and size of primary tumor and metastatic tumor were observed. To evaluate the value of whole-body magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging in primary lesion and metastasis in patients with cancer. Results:Whole-body magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging can clearly show the primary lesion and metastatic lesions in patients with tumor. Combined with local systemic MRI coronary T2WI fat suppression sequence,we can better distinguish between lesions and artifacts. DWI images of the head and neck have an artifact that can not be overcome, we should combined with plain scan, so as to avoid the missing lesion. Conclusion:Whole-body magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging can clearly show the primary lesion of the tumor and the metastasis of the whole body. It can be more accurate for clinicians to provide objective imaging basis. Because of non invasive and non radiation, making it preferred examination for clinical doctors.
