摘要
针对现行国家和行业标准测定甲基乙烯基硅橡胶(生胶)相对分子质量和乙烯基含量存在的缺点,采用门尼黏度仪测定门尼黏度转化为相对分子质量,采用近红外光谱仪测定乙烯基含量。结果表明,这2种检测方法测试的精密度(RSD)均<3%,符合测试要求。相比现有的行业和国家标准,具有数据重复性好、对环境无污染、测试成本低、检测快速等优点。
Aiming at the disadvantages existing in the national and industry standards to determine relative molecular mass of methyl vinyl silicone rubber(raw rubber)and vinyl content,adopted Mooney viscosity meter to determine Mooney viscosity which could thansfer to relative molecular mass,then adopted near infrared spectrometer to determine vinyl content.Results showed that the test precision(RSD)of the two kinds method was less than 3%,so they conformed to the requirements of the test.Compared with the existing industry and national standards,they had advantages such as good data repeatability,no pollution,low test cost and fast determination speed,etc.
