生态文明型高尔夫球场建设理念与路径研究——以湖北省为例

Study of Ecological Civilization Type Golf Course Construction Concept and Path——Take Hubei Provience as Example

目的探讨湖北省乃至全国高尔夫球场的生态文明建设路径。方法运用文献法、田野法和公共政策分析法,分析湖北省高尔夫球场的现状与限制发展的原因。结果与结论湖北省高尔夫球场建设中存在着违规改变土地性质,经营维护过程中破坏和污染环境等问题;高尔夫球场建设本质上属于体育产业的组成部分,生态文明型的高尔夫球场有利于湖北省"生态立省"战略的实施。从自然环境和社会环境两个维度提出了湖北省生态文明型高尔夫球场建设路径建议。

Objective In order to analyze ecological civilization type golf course construction in Hubei Province and even in China. Methods This paper uses the literature method, field method and public policy analysis method to analyze the current situation of golf course in Hubei Province and the causes of the development restriction. Results and Conclusions The results show that：there are some problems in the construction of golf course in Hubei Province,such as changing the nature of the land in violation of regulations, and destroying and polluting the environment during the later maintenance;the construction of golf course belongs to the sports industry in essence,and has the coupling and coordination relation with the strategy of ＂ecological province building＂. The proposal on the ecological development of golf course construction in Hubei Province is given from the two dimensions of natural environment and social environment.
