无锡市小学生体育锻炼行为的现状调查分析

Present Situation of Physical Exercise Behavior of Pupils in Wuxi City

采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、访谈法、数据统计和逻辑分析等方法,对滨湖区小学生锻炼的现状进行调查分析。结果表明,无锡市滨湖区小学生参加体育锻炼活动的内容具有多样化,兴趣广泛化的特点,但是小学生明显缺乏足够的锻炼时间,锻炼强度较小,锻炼场地范围也有局限性。

This paper investigated and analyzed the current situation of primary school students＂ physical training in Binhu District which adopted the methods of questionnaire survey, literature, interview, data statistics and logic analysis. The results showed that the contents of physical exercise activities that pupils participated in had the characteristics of diversification and interest extensiveness. However, .lack of adequate exercise time and exercise intensity, and limited exercise area was the limitation for primary students.
