摘要
近年来,传统快递过程存在效率低、信息化程度不高、用户信息易泄露等问题。针对上述问题,提出了一种基于加密二维码标签的新型快递管理系统。实验结果表明:新型快递系统能保护用户隐私,利用扫描二维码更新数据库、联系收货人的速度分别是人工输入的14倍和3.3倍,且错误率明显低于人工输入;同时,手机软件能为快递员提供一条最优送货路径,减少漏送、重复送货现象。
Recently, traditional express service suffers from several noteworthy drawbacks, e.g., low level of informatization, high-risk of information leak and low efficiency of freight. In this paper, we proposed a new express management system based on encrypted QR code to overcome above problem. Our experimental results showed that the new express management system could protect privacy of the users. In addition, we could scan the two-dimensional code to update the database and contact the consignee, which could improve the speed of 14 times and 3.3 times respectively.
