创业大学生心理品质的实证研究

An Empirical Study on the Psychological Quality of College Students

大学生作为最具创业活力的群体,其良好的创业心理品质是影响创业能否成功的关键。文章通过调查已经创业大学生的心理品质,对当前高校开展创业教育提供借鉴。实证调查表明:创业大学生具有良好的心理品质,尤为突出的是个人主动性、成就需要、不确定性承受、创新等四种品质;其创业心理品质在性别、学科背景、生源地、创业年限等自变量上存在显著差异。

The good psychological quality of college students, as the most dynamic group, is the key to success. Through the investigation into the psychological quality of college students who have become entrepreneurs, the results were targeted entrepreneurship education. The empirical investigation indicated that entrepreneurial college students had a good psychological quality, especially in the personal initiative, achievement, uncertainty, innovation; the psychological quality of entrepreneurship had significant difference in gender, subject, family origins and entrepreneurial age.
