基于利益相关者的物流企业评估架构的探讨

在行业竞争压力不断增大的情况下,物流企业和市场的标准化工作具有重要意义。在对《物流企业分类与评估指标》(GB/T19680-2013)中物流企业分类、评估指标、评估等级划分等方面进行分析的基础上,发现目前评估标准虽具有一定的科学性和合理性,但也存在部分指标落后于实际发展、等级划分范围存在局限等情况。为此,从利益相关者角度对物流企业进行多视角分析,构建包含基础设施、资产运营、服务管理能力、盈利能力、成长能力及创新能力等方面的物流企业评估系统。该评估系统不仅关注企业的基础规模层面和效益层面,而且重视企业的发展潜力,以促进物流企业综合化发展。

Under the condition of continuous increasing pressure of industrial competition, the standardization work of logistics enterprises and market has an important meaning. On the basis of analyzing the aspects of Logistics Enterprises Classification and Evaluation Indices （GB/T19680- 2013）, including logistics enterprises classification, evaluation indices and division of evaluation levels, it is found that although the current evaluation index has some scientificity and rationality, it also has problems, such as partial indices falling behind actual development and limited scope of level division. Therefore, the analyses from various visual angles on logistics enterprise is made from the view of stakeholders, and logistics enterprise evaluation system is established from aspects of infrastructure, assets operation, service and management ability, profitability, growth ability and innovation ability. The evaluation system not only focuses on enterprises＇ basic scale level and benefit level, but also pays attention to the enterprises＇ development potential, so as to promote comprehensive development of logistics enterprises.
