兰阿铁路专用线发展旅游观光改建方案设计

Design of Reconstruction Program of Developing Tourism on Lanzhou-Agan Railway Industrial Siding

针对阿干镇煤矿即将枯竭、兰阿铁路即将完成自己原有使命的现状,探索兰阿铁路转型发展之路。概述兰阿铁路改建为旅游观光铁路的基本条件,从工程投资、车辆购置费、旅游观光体验性及运行速度等方面对其交通模式进行比选,推荐采用低速动车组交通模式。结合兰阿铁路既有铁路和始发站位于市区的项目特点,从方便旅客、工程可实施性、对既有交通的影响、工程投资等方面对起始站、终点站、沿线站点及其他工程的设置进行研究,以对国内类似项目的改建及转型发展提供借鉴。

Targeting the exhausting status of the coal in Agan Town, and completing its original mission of Lanzhou-Agan railway, the transforming development of the railway should be explored. This paper analyzes the basic conditions of reconstructing the railway into a tourist railway, compares the transport modes of the railway from the aspects of engineering investment, vehicle purchase cost, tourist experiences and running speed, and then recommends the transport mode of low-speed EMUs. Combining with the project characteristics of Lanzhou-Agan existing railway and the station located in the urban area, from the aspects of convenience of passengers, feasibility of the project, the influences on existing traffic and the project investment, the paper studies the departure station, the terminal station, stations along the railway line and other engineering settings, so as to provide references for reconstruction and transforming development of similar projects in China.
