基于灰色评价法的铁路运输企业物资管理评价

Evaluation of Material Management in Railway Transport Enterprise based on Gray Evaluation Method

物资管理是企业经营管理的重要方面,加强铁路运输企业物资管理对提升企业运输经济具有重要意义。为进一步完善铁路运输企业物资管理体系,在对铁路运输企业物资管理现状分析的基础上,构建铁路运输企业物资管理评价指标体系,利用G1法确定各个指标的权重,并结合灰色评价法进行综合评价。结果表明,综合评价方法使得评价过程更加科学合理,可操作性强,评价结果比较符合铁路局的实际情况。

Material management is an important aspect of the enterprise＇s operation management, and strengthening material management in railway transport enterprise has an important meaning in increasing transport economy of the enterprise. In order to further improve the material management system in the enterprise, on the basis of analyzing the material management status, the evaluation index system of material management in railway transport enterprise is established, and the weight of each index is determined by using G1 method, and then comprehensive evaluation is made by gray evaluation method. The result shows the evaluation method can make the evaluation process more scientific, reasonable and operational, and the result is adapted for actual situation of railway administration.
