摘要
安全监控预警在城市轨道交通建设风险防范中起着重要作用。为解决城市轨道交通建设过程中存在的全过程管理面广、工点多、信息采集困难的问题,从服务对象、功能需求、数据需求、系统要求及性能需求角度提出需求分析,并据此对构建城市轨道交通建设安全监控预警系统的总体功能、系统架构、关键内容进行设计研究,并对土建施工、动车调试及试运行阶段的数据采集融合技术、预警决策技术、建设效果评估业务进行归纳和实现。城市轨道交通建设安全监控预警系统的应用为轨道交通建设安全提供了有效的技术支撑。
Safety monitoring and warning plays an important role in the risk prevention of urban rail transit construction. In order to solve the existing problems in the process of urban rail transit construction, including wide range of whole management process, many construction sites and difficult in information collection, this paper puts forward demand analysis from the aspects of service objects, functional demands, data requirements, system requirements and performance requirements. Based on above, the paper studies the overall function, the system framework and key contents of establishing the safety monitoring and warning system for urban rail transit construction, and it also generalizes and realizes the civil construction and EMU commissioning test as well as the data acquisition and fusion technology, early warning decision technology and construction effect evaluation in the trial operation period. The application the system provides effective technical support for rail transit construction safety.
