液压推送机故障有限元分析

摘要 针对某液压推送机进行故障诊断,分析其整体结构和运行工况,排除了其他的可能因素后,初步推断是其不合理的机械结构导致液压推送机故障频发。在计算机虚拟仿真环境中,使用三维软件对液压推送机进行建模,模拟其工作过程,并结合有限元法分析其在工作过程中所受的应力和变形情况,得出的分析结果和推断一致,即液压推送机在工作过程中会产生有害的横向载荷,表明其机械结构是不合理的,以此可为结构改进设计提供分析依据。 The fault diagnosis of a hydraulic pusher was carried. After analyzing its overall structure and working conditions, it was infen'ed that unreasonable mechanical structure led to frequent fauh of the hydraulic pusher. The 3D model of the hy- draulic pusher was established. The stress and deformation of the hydraulic pusher were analyzed at work using the finite ele- ment method. The analysis results obtained were in keeping with the inference. The hydraulic pusher would produce harmful transverse load in the running process,which indicated that the structure was unreasonable.
