层次分析法是一种整理和综合人们主观判断的客观方法.应用层次分析法建立起来的工作业绩评价体系,可根据各评价标准的重要程度计算出相应的权重值,并加以综合,解决了评价工作中一些难以精确定量的问题,评价结果全面、系统、合理.
Analytical Hierarchy Process is an objective way to sort out and synthesize the subjective in working achievement established by the method of applying hierarchy. It can calculate and synthesize the rate by the importance degree of evaluating stan-drad, and it can solve some hard problems and exactly make the problem of evaluating work. The result of the evaluation is comprehensive, systematic and reasonable.
