摘要 为了满足煤泥滤饼破碎的需要,根据滤饼性质确定破碎机的性能要求,结合邦德第三破碎理论初步设计出煤泥滤饼破碎机,并对其可靠性进行验证。动画分析和干涉检验表明:初步设计出的破碎机性能可靠,可以达到设计要求;但目前国内对该破碎机的研究很少,对于整机的可靠性、设备生产效率、出料粒度控制、破碎齿寿命等方面,还需要深入研究和进一步探索。 In order to cater to the need for breaking of coal slime filter cake, the required performance of the breaker is defined according to the property of the filter cake treated. Following that, a preliminary design of the breaker used for this purpose is designed based on Bond's third theory, and its working reli-ability has been verified. Animation and interference test indicates the breaker preliminarily designed words with a reliabity well up to the designed requirement. However, for the reason that few studies have been made so far on filter cake breaker at home, the reliability and capacity of the breaker as well as other aspects like product size control and service life of breaking tooth await further study.
