摘要
为了解决屯兰选煤厂渣浆泵密封性能差及由此引发的其他问题,在对目前的主流密封技术对比分析的基础上,采用盘根套密封技术对其进行处理。介绍了盘根套密封技术的设计思路、环形轴套的材料选择与加工制作及现场试验情况,并分析了该密封技术的应用效果和经济效益。生产实践表明:该密封技术的密封性能较好,基本可以实现不漏料的目标,轴承使用寿命长,工人劳动强度大大下降,现场作业环境大为改善,并产生了一定的经济效益。
The sealing of the slurry pump of Tunlan plant is found to be poor in performance. To tackle this problem and other troubles arising therefrom, the packing sleeve sealing technology is applied based on the result of a comparison and analysis of the key sealing technologies currently available. Following a introduction to the design idea of the packing sleeve deal, the material selected for processing the annular shaft sleeve, and the field testing result, the paper goes to dwell on the performance of the sealing technology and the economic benefit gained. Practice shows that the leakage phenomenon has been basically eliminated, and a favorable economic result can be expected due to the good sealing performance, prolonged service life of pump shaft, noticeable reduction of labor intensity and greatly improved working environment.
