摘要
针对霍尔辛赫选煤厂旋流-静态微泡浮选柱使用效果不佳的情况,结合采集数据和现场使用经验,采用理论分析与生产实践相结合的方法,就实际生产中的浮选药剂消耗、产品质量和产率、设备处理能力与分选粒度及装机功率等方面存在的问题进行分析,并总结了浮选柱在生产实践中的应用经验,这对浮选柱的研发、设计、选型及应用有一定的借鉴作用。
The cyclonic-static micro-bubble flotation column in current use at the plant is found to be low in performance. To tackle this problem, an analysis is made of the troubles from both theoretical and practical aspects based on collected data and field experience. Following an analysis of a number of data which is actually recorded in operation of the flotation column, such as consumption of reagents, product quality and yield, treating capacity, separation size, installed capacity, etc. , the paper goes to sum up the experience gained in the operation of the flotation column. This is of reference value for the R & D, design, model selection and application of the flotation column.
