田庄选煤厂中煤提质系统改造实践与思考 被引量:6

摘要 为了适应当前的煤炭市场变化,有效提高末中煤发热量,解决因末中煤销售困难对田庄选煤厂生产和销售造成影响的问题,对末煤分选系统和相应的运输及装车系统进行改造。在生产系统改造完成后,末中煤发热量由6.29 MJ/kg提高到12.56~15.91 MJ/kg,在打开中煤销路的同时,每年为企业贡献经济效益1亿多元,还解决了煤泥烘干系统燃料煤供应问题和烘干煤泥火车外运问题。 In order to adapt to the change of the current coal market, effectively increase the calorific value of the fine middlings and cope with the adverse effect on plant operation and marketing of coal products imposed by the difficulty in finding the market for fine middlings, work is made on the renovation of the small coal cleaning system and corresponding transportation and loading facilities. The operation of the renovated systems has led to the increase of the calorific value of fine middlings from 6.29 MJ/kg to 12.56- 15.91 MJ/kg and, hence, the finding of a market for such a slow-selling product. Moreover, this not only brings forth an additional economic gain by over 100million yuan, but also successfully tackles the problems relating to the supply of fuel coal for slime thermal drying system and railway transportation of dried product.
