众维原煤提质的可行性方案研究

摘要 针对众维原煤灰分高的问题,基于原煤煤质分析,提出三种提质方案并对其进行比选。从工艺系统、项目投资、产品质量等方面综合分析,采用FGX-24复合干法分选机对原煤进行提质更具优势,方案实施后预计每年可减少矸石运输量12.27万t,可节约运费240.54万元,经济效益较显著。 The coal preparation plant is confronted with a series of troubles because of the treatment of a high-ash raw coal. To solve the problems, 3 raw coal upgrading schemes are worked out based on the result of analysis of the raw coal property. Following a comprehensive analysis made from 3 aspects, i. e. pre-treatment process, initial capital cost and product quality, and through comparative test of the 3 proposed schemes, the scheme using the FGX-24 compound dry cleaning machine is finally selected for its advantages over the other alternative methods. Application of the raw coal upgrading scheme can lead to a predicted reduction of the transport cost by RMB 2. 405 4 million per year, creating a favourable economic result.
