摘要
目的观察匹多莫德联合液氮冷冻治疗扁平疣的临床疗效。方法将入选240例患者随机分成两组,治疗组120例用匹多莫德联合液氮冷冻治疗,对照组120例仅用液氮冷冻治疗,两组均于治疗后12、24周观察扁平疣的治疗效果。结果治疗结束后,治疗组有效率95.8%,对照组为79.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论匹多莫德联合液氮冷冻治疗扁平疣有效率高,复发率低,值得临床选用。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of pidotimod combined with cryotherapy in the treatment of flat wart. Methods 240 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups, 120 cases in the treatment group were treated with pidotimod combined with cryotherapy, 120 patients in the control group were treated with liquid nitrogen cryosurgery, two groups after treatment for 12 weeks and 24 weeks to observe the effective. Results After the treatment, the effective rate of treatment group was 95.8%, and the control group was 79.2%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pidotimod combined with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy in the treatment of flat wart have high efficiency, low recurrence rate, worthy of clinical use.
