关于妊娠期糖尿病的规范化治疗与母儿预后分析

目的分析妊娠期糖尿病规范化治疗和母儿预后方法以及效果。方法选择201 3年4月至2016年4月来我院接受治疗的100例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照随机分组法将其分为实验组和对照组,每组患者有50例,其中对照组患者接受常规治疗,实验组患者在常规治疗的基础上配合运动治疗、饮食调理和药物治疗等,对患者以及母儿治疗效果进行比较。结果两组患者在接受系统的治疗之后都产生了显著的效果,其中实验组患者的各项血糖指标都有所改善,和治疗前相比具有显著的差异(P<0.05),初生儿总体评分及并发症的发生率也明显优于对照组,差异较为明显(P<0.05);两组患者差异具有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者接受规范化治疗之后,能够产生显著的效果,有利于改善妊娠结局,提升母儿总体评分,值得在临床治疗中使用和推广。

Objective To analyze the method and effect of standardized treatment and maternal and infant prognosis of gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods Choose April 2013 to April 2016 to our hospital accepts treatment of 100 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus patients as the research object, according to the randomization method will be the into experimental group and control group, each group has 50 cases, the patients in the control group received routine treatment, experimental group patients in the conventional treatment based on combined with exercise therapy, conditioning diet and drug therapy, patients and the maternal and fetal treatment compared. Results Two groups of patients after the treatment of the acceptance of the system produced a significant effect, the indexes of blood glucose of patients in the experimental group are improved, and before treatment compared with significant difference （P〈0.05）, the infant＇s overall score and the incidence of complications and was better than control group, difference is more apparent （P〈0.05）. The difference between the two groups of patients with significant statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pregnant women with gestational diabetes after standardized treatment, can produce significant effect, is conducive to improve the pregnancy outcome, improve maternal and child overall score, it is worth to use in clinical treatment and promotion.
