医学生志愿精神分析及整合塑造的多维度思考

Investigation and promotion strategies on medical college students' volunteer service

采用自编问卷对部分三级医院306名医学生志愿者志愿服务的态度、动机、制约因素以及价值等情况进行多维度调查,并辅助访谈法做深层原因分析。调查发现,当前医学生志愿者存在志愿精神理解误差、利己动机强、纯主观热情高涨、志愿精神价值难以内化等问题。应整合从德行到德性、从客体到主体、从被动到自觉、从教化到内化、从实践出情感的路径,多维度塑造医学志愿精神。

By adopting self-designed questionnaires and assisted interview methods,306 volunteers in some tertiary hospitals are analyzed multi-dimensionally from the aspects of attitude,motivation,constraint factors and values.It's found that there are some problems in student volunteers,such as the misunderstanding of volunteer spirit,strong self-interest motivation,extremely high enthusiasm,and difficulty in internalizing volunteer spirit.Therefore,the medical volunteer spirit should be shaped multi-dimensionally by integrating the paths from moral to virtue,from object to subject,from passive to active,from enlightenment to internalization and from practice to emotion.
