超声-机械振荡双相提取苦豆子花蕾中槲皮素工艺优化

摘要 目的:研究超声-机械振荡双相提取苦豆子花蕾中槲皮素的较佳工艺条件.方法:以苦豆子花蕾中槲皮素得率为指标,采用L9(34)正交实验优化超声-机械振荡双相提取苦豆子花蕾中槲皮素的实验条件.结果:确定了超声-机械振荡双相提取苦豆子花蕾中槲皮素的较佳工艺为料液比1︰60,超声提取30min,振荡时间20min,粒度70目.结论:该方法可以简便、高效地从苦豆子花蕾中提取槲皮素.这种工艺可在学生实验中推广. The aim was to study the diphasic extraction technology for quercetin from Sophora alopecuroides Linn by ultrasonic and mechanical oscillation. Methods The yield of quercetin is as the criteria, L9 (3^4) orthogonal test was adopted to optimize diphasic extraction technology for quercetin from Sophora alopecuroides Linn by ultrasonic and mechanical oscillation. Results The opti-real process for quercetin from Sophora alopecuroides Linn by ultrasonic and mechanical oscillation di- phasic extraction technology was determined, that ass the ratio of raw material to solvent of 1.60, ul-trasonic extraction time of 30min, oscillation of 20min and size of 70 mu. Conclusion The method was simple and efficient, which can be used in the student's experiment.
