四川自贸区贸易便利化路径初探

四川自贸区初定为成都、泸州两大片区,目的在于打造内陆开放型经济高地。对四川自贸区如何实现贸易便利化的路径进行探索,从贸易便利化内涵与评估及《贸易便利化协定》生效出发,就如何提高贸易便利化水平提出建议。

Sichuan FTZ has been separated into for Chengdu area and Luzhou area initially which aims at building up a high- land of inland open economy. This paper is trying to explore the path of Sichuan FTZ on how to implement the trade facilitation since FTA has come into force officially. From the definition of trade facilitation and evaluation criteria, the paper also try tomake recommendations on how to improve the level of trade facilitation.
