摘要
经济新常态给特殊教育学校职业教育带来了挑战和机遇。为了应对新常态,特殊教育学校职业教育应该解决专业种类少、专业没有特色,同质化严重、专业设置滞后或超前于产业结构变化的问题。在新形势下,特殊教育学校职业教育应以就业为导向、以地方产业为依托、以校企合作为平台、以现代科学技术为支撑、以复合型人才为培养目标,开发有特色、口径宽窄适当、满足市场需求的新型专业。
The " New Normal" Economy has brought new challenges and opportunities to the vocational education in special schools, in order to deal with the "new normal", special education schools should solve many problems of professional settings such as insufficient professional types, lack of characteristics, lag of professional setting or running ahead of the change of industrial structures. In the new situation, professional settings of vocational education in special education schools should be employment - oriented and local industry - based. With school - enterprise cooperation as a platform, modem science and technology as a source of support and compound talents as the training target, the schools should create unique specialties with appropriate caliber, which is close to the market demand.
