随着融合教育的发展,支持性就业成为我国残疾人就业发展的必然趋势。残疾人支持性就业需要相关人员提供持续的服务,在支持性就业实施的各个环节,需要对残疾人的职业能力提供持续的、生态化的评估,以提高残疾人就业的质量。文章从探讨传统残疾人就业方式的特点和弊端入手,总结残疾人支持性就业的特征,论证残疾人职业能力评估在残疾人支持性就业中的应用方式,以期为我国残疾人事业发展提供参考。

With the development of inclusive education, supportive employment has become an inevitable trend of the development of the employment of the disabled. Support employment of disabled needs continuous service. In the process of supporting the implementation of employment, professionals need to provide sustainable and ecological assessment of the professional capacity of the disabled. Its purpose is to improve the quality of employment of the disabled. This paper discusses the characteristics and disadvantages of the traditional way of employment for the disabled. It summarizes the characteristics of the disabled employment, demonstrates the application of the assessment of professional ability in the employment of the disabled. This paper expects to provide reference for the development of the cause of the disabled in China.
