摘要
焊接坡口板是焊接专业学生进行专业实训需要大量使用的焊接件。针对V型坡口板加工过程中无专用夹具的情况,设计制作了一种V型焊接坡口板加工专用钳口,通过实际生产发现该专用钳口可以提高300%左右的加工效率。
Welding groove board is heavily needed by the students of welding professional as professional training welding part. In view of the v-groove board processing without special jig, this paper designs and manufactures a special jaw for welding v-groove board processing. The actual production proves that the special jig can increase processing efficiency by 300%
