夜戴型角膜塑形镜治疗青少年近视的效果观察

Clinical observation of overnight orthokeratology on adolescent myopia

目的探讨夜戴型角膜塑形镜治疗青少年近视的有效性和安全性。方法观察配戴角膜塑形镜治疗的50例患者(100只眼),对比配戴前和配戴后(1、3、6、12个月)裸眼视力、屈光度、平均角膜曲率、眼轴长度、眼压及泪膜破裂时间(BUT),同时观察角膜上皮染色等并发症。结果除眼轴长度外,裸眼视力、屈光度、平均角膜曲率、眼压及BUT均较配戴前明显改善(P<0.05);部分病例配戴后出现角膜上皮染色,但均在轻度范围,未出现严重角膜感染病例。结论夜戴型角膜塑形镜治疗青少年近视效果确切、安全。

Objective To observe the curative effect and safety of overnight orthokeratology on adolescent myopia. Methods Fifty teenagers（ 100 eyes） undergoing Orthokeratology treatment enrolled. Uncorrected visual acuity, diopter, average corneal curvature, eye axis length, intraocular pressure and Break-Up Time （BUT） were examined and compared （before glasses-fitting, 1 month, 3 months,6 months and 1 year later）. Results There were significant differences（P 〈0. 05） of uncorrected visual acuity,diopter,average corneal curvature,intraocular pressure and BUT except eye axis length after glasses-fitting. 25% eyes presented with mild corneal staining and 8% with conjunctivitis and none with serious symptoms. Conclusion Overnight orthokeratology lens are safe and effective for adolescent myopia.
