测量眼轴长度对共同性外斜视手术量的影响 被引量:2

The influence of eye axial length measurement on the design of common exotropia surgery

摘要 目的探讨共同性外斜视术前参照新型光学测量仪Lenstar LS900测量眼轴长度设计手术量的治疗效果。方法选取60例适合行单眼外直肌后徙联合内直肌缩短或双眼外直肌后徙的共同性外斜视患者,随机分为两组,各30例。A组按术前测得斜视度设计手术量,B组按术前测得斜视度并结合Lenstar LS900测量眼轴长度设计手术量。然后根据不同类型斜视选择不同手术方式治疗;基本型和外展过强型选择外直肌后退术,集合不足型选择外直肌后退加内直肌缩短术。结果两组患者术后1周和4周分别进行治疗效果比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组治疗效果均优于A组。结论按术前测得斜视度并结合Lenstar LS900测量眼轴的长度设计手术量,可提高共同性外斜视的近远期治疗效果,值得临床推广。 Objective To probe into curative effect of common exotropia surgery designed after the measurement of axial length by Lenstar LS900. Methods Sixty cases of patients with concomitant exotropia underwent unilateral lateral rectus recession combined with medial rectus or bilateral external rectus recession were selected, and were randomly divided into two groups ,30 in each group. Preoperative strabismus measurement was given to patients in group A, while in group B the axial length of the eye was measured by Lenstar LS900 besides strabismus measurement. Different operation types were used according to strabismus degrees. Results The curative effects between the two groups 1 week and 4 weeks after operation were compared and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The curative effect in group B was better than that of group A. Conclusion Designing the operation index after preoperative strabismus measurement combined with axial length measurement by Lenstar ls900 can promote both long-term and short-term curative effects of common exotropia surgery and is worthy of clinical promotion.
