基于Agent的辩论协商在公文流转中的研究

摘要 协同办公系统中,公文流转是其重要的功能,而公文流转中公文审批被频繁应用,公文流转处理的公文类型多种、结构松散,在数据处理上与其他系统不同,因此如何高效进行公文审批成为一个难点。公文审批是一级一级往上传递的,每一级审批的只有一人,但如果出现问题,就需要重新改正和审批,浪费时间比较多。本文研究了借助于Agent技术使同一级别的人可以根据权限进行辩论协商,一方面得出是否同意继续审批的结论,另一方面将审批过的案例添加进历史审批库,这样,所有之前审批过的公文都在里面,不断的增加和修改,为今后公文审批提供参照,大大提高了公文审批效率。 In the collaborative office system, the document flow is an important function, and the approval of documents is frequendy used in the document flow. The document flow handles various documents, has loose structure, and it is different from other systems in data processing. So how to effectively approve the documents is a difficulty. The approval of document is transmitted from one level to others, there is only one person at every level, but if there is a problem, more time is required for correction and approval. In this paper, the Agent technology is used to make persorrs at the same level arguing and negotiating according to the authority. On the one hand, it is concluded if it is agreed to continue the approval, on the other hand, the approved cases are added into history storeroom of approval.In this way, all approved docmnents are inside, and constantly increasing and modifying. In the future, it provides a reference for approving documents, and greatly improves the efficiency of approving documents.
