基于B/S的闪电监测一体化平台设计与实现

摘要 运用WebGIS、SQL数据库语言、NCL制图等技术,有效整合雷达、大气电气仪、闪电定位仪、雷灾等数据,设计基于B/S架构的市、县两级闪电监测一体化应用平台,实现了闪电、雷灾等数据实时查询、分析、重点用户预警、雷电监测公报一键式生成等功能。该系统平台的建成明显提升了闪电监测工作效率及预警服务能力,同时也为温州闪电监测预警现代化建设做出积极的探索。 The data from radar, atmospheric electrical apparatus, lighming locator and thunder disaster are effectively integrated by using WebGIS, SQL database language and NCL mapping. This paper designs the county-level and municipality-level lightning lnonitoring apphcation platfoml based on B/S architecture to implement such functions as early warning of lighming and thunder disaster, search and analysis for realtime disaster data, one-click generation and important weather process of lighming monitoring bulletin. The establishment of system platform obviously improves the efficiency of lightning monitoring and the ability of early warning service, and makes active attempt in modernization of lightning monitoring and early warning of Wenzhou.
