摘要
本文选取中山大学、北京第二外国语学院、宁波大学、福建师范大学和忻州师范学院我国五所本科大学,对五校旅游管理专业课程的总体要求、课程结构、课程设置及课程时间安排等方面进行对比分析。分析的结论是:各校对专业课较为重视;英语仍是该专业外语类教育第一语种;自主学习被各校越来越看重;培养复合型人才已成为各所学校的共识;旅游管理类和商学类课程在旅游管理专业的专业课程群中处于核心地位;实践教学类课程越来越多样化;许多大学的课程设置都具有一定的自身特色。课程体系改进的建议是:要因地制宜开设特色课程;在专业必修课中增加商学类课程比重;重要基础专业课程适时适量安排在第一、二学年。
The paper selects the Sun Yat-sen University, Beijing International Studies University, Ningbo University, Fujian Normal University and Xinzhou Teachers University five undergraduate university in China as a case, corporatizing analysis the general requirements, curriculum structure, the curriculum and curriculum schedule arrangement and other aspects of tourism management course of the five universities. Conclusions: the university has attached more importance to the professional course; English is still the first language of the foreign language education of the professional course; independent study is more and more valued; cultivating complex talents has become the consensus of the universities; tourism management class and business class curriculum is at the core of professional courses of the tourism management; practice teaching courses more and more diversified. The proposals in the thesis are: to open special courses to suit measures to local conditions; to increase the number of business courses in professional courses; to advance some important lessons in the first and second academic year.
