摘要 目的探讨对一氧化碳中毒后迟发性脑病患者(DEACMP)采用高压氧与大剂量神经节苷脂治疗的临床疗效。方法本次研究对象选取我院高压氧科收治的DEACMP患者74例,随机分组,其中对照组(n=37)采用高压氧治疗,观察组(n=37)基于对照组加用大剂量神经节苷脂,比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为94.6%,高于观察组70.3%(P<0.05);两组治疗前MMSE评分对比无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后MMSE评分低于本组治疗前(P<0.05)。结论高压氧联合大剂量神经节苷脂治疗DEACMP患者疗效优良,值得推广。 Objective To study the patients with delayed eneephalopathy after carbon monoxide poisoning(DEACMP) uses oxygen and large dose ganglioside clinical curative effect of treatment. Methods The research object to choose our oxygen treated 74 cases of patients with DEACMP, randomized into two groups,including the control group (n=37) USES the hyperbaric oxygen therapy, observation group (n=37) based on the control group used high doses of ganglioside, compare two groups of clinical curative effect. Results Observation group total effective rate was 94.6%,70.3% higher than in observation group (P〈0.05); the two groups before treatment MMSE score comparison no statistical difference (P〉0.05), and after the treatment observation group was higher than that of control group (P〈0.05); MMSE score below before this treatment the two groups after treatment (P〈0.05). Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen combined therapy with large dose of ganglioside DEACMP patients curative effect is good, is worth promoting.
