摘要
目的为了提高顽固性偏头痛的治疗效果并减少各种不良事件发生率,探讨和研究应用星状神经节阻滞治疗法的价值和意义。方法按照随机数字表的方法选取100例于2014年1月至2016年1月来我院就诊的顽固性偏头痛患者作为研究对象并根据双盲对照的原则将其分为试验组和对照组各50例,其中对照组患者治疗方案选取西医药物进行治疗,而试验组患者治疗方案则选取星状神经节阻滞方法进行治疗,比较不同治疗方案对疗效的影响。结果经过研究发现,试验组和对照组患者均取得一定治疗效果,但试验组患者疗效更显著,且两组患者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论顽固性偏头痛的患者在治疗方案上选取星状神经节阻滞的方法进行治疗,能够明显减轻患者的痛苦,且不良事件的发生率低,安全可靠,值得推广。
Objective To further improve the pertinacity hemicrania treatment effect and reduce the incidence of adverse events, to analye and explore the value and significance of stellate ganglion block in the course of treatment. Methods 100 cases of pertinacity hemicrania patients in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected according to the random number table method, accordance with the principle of double blind control, they were divided into experimental group and control group, with 50 cases in each group, all patients in the group were given western medicine, while experimental group added stellate ganglion block, compared the difference of efficacy and the effect on joint pain. Results The total effective rate was 45 （90.00%） and 30 （60.00%） in control group, but the difference was statistically significgnt （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupotomy combined with pertinacity hemicrania can reduce joint pain obviously, enhance joint function and has obvious curative effect, which is worthy of promotion and application.
