摘要
目的探讨PDCA护理方法在全麻患者中的护理意义体会以及临床意义。方法选取2015年1月至2016年1月在大连市中心医院行手术的90例患者,随机分为试验组与对照组,对照组45例,采取常规手术麻醉护理,试验组45例,在对照组的基础上采用PDCA护理方法,比较两组患者复苏室停留时间和气管脱落率。结果试验组在麻醉复苏室时间短于对照组,气管脱落率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对全麻手术患者采取PDCA护理方法,可以有效的缩短复苏室停留时间,降低气管脱落率,值得在临床推广。
Objective To study the nursing method PDCA nursing experience meaning and clinical significance in patients with general anesthesia. Methods From January 2015 to January 2016 in dalian city center hospital, 90 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, control group 45 cases, conventional surgical nursing, treatment group 45 cases, on the basis of the control group using PDCA nursing method, comparing two groups of patients recovery room residence time and trachea loss rate. Results Treatment group in anesthesia recovery room is shorter than the control group, the trachea fall off rate is lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion PDCA nursing methods in patients with general anesthesia surgery, can effectively shorten the recovery room residence time, decrease the rate of tracheal fall off, is worth popularizing in clinical.
