研究膝关节镜联合复位经皮克氏针张力带内固定用于髌骨骨折患者治疗中的临床效果

Clinical Study of Knee Arthroplasty combined with Percutaneous Kirschner Wire Tension Band Fixation in the Treatment of Patellar Fracture Patients

目的研究膝关节镜联合复位经皮克氏针张力带内固定用于髌骨骨折患者治疗中的临床效果。方法选取我院2013年7月至2015年6月收治的髌骨骨折患者50例为研究对象,所有患者均进行膝关节镜联合复位经皮克氏针张力带内固定治疗,研究其疗效。结果平均手术时间为(57.5±2.5)min,平均住院时间为(8.5±4.8)d,手术切口均属于Ⅰ期愈合,膝关节活动度均恢复到了120°以上。结论膝关节镜联合复位经皮克氏针张力带内固定用于髌骨骨折患者治疗中的临床效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To study the combination of arthroscopic reduction and percutaneous Kirschner wire tension band fixation for clinical effect in the treatment of patients with patella fracture. Methods In our hospital from July 2013 to June 2015 were 50 cases ofpatellar fracture patients as the research object, all patients were treated with arthroscopic reduction and Kirschner wire tension band fixation, research the effect. Results The average operation time was （57.5±2.5） minutes, the average hospitalization time was （8.5±8） days, belong to the surgical incision healed knee joint were restored to more than 120 degrees. Conclusion Arthroscopic knee joint reduction and percutaneous Kirschner wire tension band fixation for patellar fracture clinical curative effect in the patients with the significant, worthy of promotion.
