2016年某院人血白蛋白的临床使用合理性评价

Evaluation of Clinical Use of Serum Albumin in A Hospital in 2016 Years

目的分析我院人血白蛋白的临床使用情况并对不合理用药提出干预对策。方法由电脑随机抽取2016年第1~3季度所有含人血白蛋白的病历,总计90份,从规范性和用药合理性进行了点评,汇总分析,提出PDCA整改意见。结果临床常见的人血白蛋白不合理使用问题有适应证不适宜、遴选药品不适宜和用法用量不适宜。结论通过对点评存在问题反馈至科室等方式,进一步规范血液制品的临床合理应用,防止血液制品的滥用,提高用药合理率。

Objective To analyze the hospital clinical usage and the human blood albumin is not rational drug use intervention countermeasures are put forward. Methods Randomly by the computer in 1-3 quarter of 2016 contains all the records of human blood albumin, a total of 90 copies, has carried on the review, from the standardized and rational summary analysis, PDCA rectification opinions are put forward.Results The clinical common human blood albumin is not reasonable use of indications is not appropriate, selected drugs inappropriate and usage and dosage is not appropriate. Conclusion Based on the comment on existing problems of feedback to department and so on, further standardize the clinical reasonable application of blood products, to prevent the abuse of blood products, improve drug reasonable rate.
