Anchang sausage, which gets its name from Anchang town, has a long history with the connotation of Shaoxing wine and sauce culture. The hand-made Anchang sausage has a unique formula of raw materials, production process, sausage shape and soy sauce flavor, as well as full-bodied Jiangnan region color, which takes its place in the Chinese sausage category.
