参芍口服液对冠状动脉介入治疗术后患者血液流变学和血管活性物质的影响

EFFECT OF SHENSHAO ORAL LOTION ON HEMORHEOLOGY AND SERUM VASOACTIVE SUBSTANCE IN PATIENTS AFTER PERCUTANEOUS CORONARY INTERVENTION

目的观察参芍口服液对PCI术后患者血液流变学和血管活性物质的影响。方法 PCI术后患者1 336例,随机分为常规用药组671例和参芍口服液治疗组665例。常规用药组患者采用西药常规治疗,参芍口服液治疗组患者在常规治疗基础上加用参芍口服液10ml,3次/d。对二组患者随访12个月,检测血液流变学各指标值和ET、AngⅡ、TXB2水平。结果用药12个月后,二组患者的血液流变学指标值均较前降低,参芍口服液治疗组的各指标与常规用药组相比降低更显著(均P<0.05)。参芍口服液治疗组ET、AngⅡ、TXB2水平也均较同期常规用药组降低(均P<0.05)。结论参芍口服液能改善PCI术后患者血液流变学指标值和降低血清ET、AngⅡ、TXB2水平。

Objective To observe the effect of Shenshao oral lotion on hemorheology and serum vasoactive substance in patients after percutaneous coronary intervention.Methods A total of 1023 patients with coronary heart disease were recruited into our study. The patients were randomly divided into two groups： conventional therapy group and ShenShao oral lotion taking group. Conventional therapy group received a routine Western medicine,while ShenShao oral lotion taking group received ShenShao oral lotion on based in conven- tional therapy,and then followed up 12 months. The hemorheological parameters and serum vasoactive substance concentration were detected in different periods.Results The hemorheological parameters of the two groups were all reduced,and the parameters of the Shenshao oral lotion taking group were significant lower than those of the conventional therapy group in the end of 12 months （P 〈0.05 ）.The concentration of ET, AngⅡ ,TXB2 in Shenshao oral lotion taking group were also lower than those in the conventional therapy group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Shenshao oral lotion can reduce the value of hemorheology and ET, Ang Ⅱ , TXB2 in patients after percutaneous coronary intervention.
