家庭经济状况对患者照顾者信任医生的影响

THE INVESTIGATION AND ANALYSIS ON THE FAMILY ECONOMIC CONDITION'S INFLUENCE IN PATIENTS'FAMILIES'TRUST IN DOCTORS

目的了解患者照顾者信任医生情况,分析家庭经济状况对患者照顾者信任医生行为的影响。方法采用患者一般资料问卷,自编医患信任影响因素调查问卷及维克森林医生信任量表,对2016年5—9月在唐山市区4家三级甲等综合医院住院患者符合入选标准的3 200例患者照顾者进行问卷调查。结果医患信任得分为37.18±8.122,多因素结果显示居住地(β=-0.057)、文化程度(β=-0.068)、家庭收支(β=-0.060)、经济负担(β=0.072)是照顾者信任医生的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论患者家属信任医生行为处于中等水平,有必要采取相关措施增进患者家属信任医生的程度,从而改善医患关系,避免医患信任危机,提高医疗环境的安全性。

Objective To understand the impact of the family economic status on patients＇ caregtvers＇ trust in doctors. Methods With general data questionnaire, questionnaire of factors affecting doctor - patient trust survey and wake forest physician trust scale, the data collected in four first- class hospital in Tangs- han city in the period from May 2016 to September 2016, and 3200 patient caregivers was included who matched the including factors. Results Trust scale score was 37.18 ± 8.122, multi - factors＇ result showed that resident location（β= -0.057） , education status（β = - 0.068） , family economic status（β = - 0.068）, burden of economic（β = 0.072） influenceed the trust level of doctors（average P 〈0.05 ）. Doctorpatient trust score was differences between different degree of patients＇ families trust in doctor, family economic status and patients＇ families trust doctors behavior correlation. Conclusion Patients＇ families＇ doctor trust scale is in the medium level. It is necessary to take relevant measures to improve patients＇ families trust in the doctors, so as to improve the doctorpatient relationship, avoid doctor- patient trust crisis, improve the quality of medical service.
