摘要
目的:探讨红外热成像技术检测是否可以作为睡眠剥夺(SD)的客观评价指标及考证睡眠与阳跷脉的关系。方法:对32名睡眠良好的健康青年受试者在正常睡眠状态下和24 h睡眠剥夺后分别进行1次面部红外热成像技术检测,观察并对比分析SD后面部新陈代谢热的特异性变化与阳跷经脉热态传输的变化。结果:正常睡眠状态下面部整体新陈代谢热比较均匀,中正线左右两侧额部区域呈对称性均匀分布的新陈代谢热;SD后面部整体新陈代谢热不均匀,强度较前增高;额部区域呈双侧不对称、分布不均的新陈代谢热,与SD前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且出现与阳跷脉联系密切的自双眼(或单侧)内眦起向额顶方向延伸的线性白色超高热表达的"睡眠线",与SD前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而单双侧"睡眠线"与性别差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);鼻翼、口角及双侧太阳穴区位热值均较SD前升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:(1)SD可使面部整体代谢热升高,且额区具有明显特异性表达的"睡眠线",表明红外热成像技术检测可以作为SD的客观评价指标。(2)额区明显特异性表达的"睡眠线"验证了"阳跷脉气盛则目开而寤"的中医理论。
Objective: To investigate whether the detection of infrared thermal imaging technology can be used as the objective evaluation of sleep deprivation (SD) and to prove the relationship between sleep and yangqiao meridian. Methods: A facial infrared thermal imaging technique was performed on 32. healthy young subjects under normal sleep and 24 h sleep deprivation to observe the specific changes of the metabolism heat of the face and the hot condition of yangqiao meridian after SD. Results: The overall metabolism heat of the face is relatively uniform in normal sleep state. Besides, the metabolism heat of the both sides of the forehead is also symmetric and homogeneous. However, the overall metabolic heat of the face is higher and not uniform after sleep deprivation, and the metabolism heat of frontal region showed a bilateral asymmetry and no uniform distribution, which shows a statistically significant difference compared with that before SD(P〈O.O1). Moreover, the frontal region shows an obvious linear white and ultra hyperpyrexia-expression "sleep line" that is closely relevant with yangqiao meridian extended from the eyes (unilateral or bilateral) inner can thus to forehead after sleep deprivation, which shows a statistically significant difference (P〈0.01) compared with before. But there is no statistical difference (P〉0.05) between the single and bilateral "sleep lines" in the gender. The calorific value of nosewing, corners of the mouth and bilateral temporal increased than before, which is statistically significant dif- ference (P〈0.01). Conclusions: Sleep deprivation can increase the overall metabolic heat of the face and make the frontal region present a distinct "sleep line" specially, which shows the detection of infrared thermal imaging technology can be used as an objective evaluation index of SD. Obviously specific expression of "sleep line" verified the traditional Chinese medicine theory of "full-qi of yangqiao meridian make people awake".
