摘要
利用GT-Power仿真软件和某游艇发动机OED483Q技术参数、性能参数等建立其整机模型,并利用试验数据对模型的主要参数进行了验证和校准。在此基础上利用GT-Power对该游艇发动机性能进行分析,比较该游艇发动机在推进特性下,不同EGR率对其经济性、动力性及排放的影响。研究结果表明:EGR率的增加能够有效降低NOx排放。我们的研究为该游艇发动机在推进特性中满足经济性、动力性及排放提供理论依据。
The GT-Power simulation model of OED483Q variable geometry turbo-charge diesel engine is built up by using the technical and performance parameters. Then the GT-Power model is validated based on some experimental data. Based on this model, further studying and analyzing was completed. Effects of different EGR rate on its economic performance, power performance and emission performance were compared under propulsion characteristics condition. The results show that the increase of EGR rate can effectively reduee the NOx emission. The study of this paper provides theoretical basis for us to get reasonable economic performance, power performance and emission performance under propulsion characteristics condition.
