某机型发动机在测试时发现在怠速运转时出现了异响故障,经过最终排查确诊是发动机连杆衬套异常磨损导致。基于发动机可靠性分析,从连杆衬套的间隙、表面粗糙度、衬套材料、连杆衬套硬度、活塞销圆柱度等方面进行排查,并最终确定了整改措施,解决了连杆异响问题。
According to the market and feedback circuit, a sound fault appeared when the engine idle speed is running. The final screening diagnosis confirmed it was due to abnormal engine connecting rod bushing wear. Based on reliability analysis of engine, from the clearance between the connecting rod bushing, surface roughness, liner materials, connecting rod bushing stiffness, specific pressure and engine explosion pressure screening, and ultimately it determines the corrective actions to solve the link problem.
