摘要
针对某系列拖拉机-15℃下的冷起动要求,在C系列4缸柴油机基础上,采用理论计算、试验对比的方法,对影响柴油机冷起动的蓄电池、起动机、机油、MAP等主要因素进行试验研究,确定合适的参数。
This research is mainly on cold starting of tractor diesel engine. The improved application is carried out on C series 4- cylinder diesel engine against the -15 ℃ cold starting requirement. According to the ignition condition, the theoretical calculation is carried out and the main influencing factors of cold starting are compared, such as storage battery, starter motor, lubricating oil and MAP. Finally the optimal parameters are confirmed.
