摘要
补阳还五汤是治疗气虚络瘀证的代表方,临证应用十分广泛,本方在治疗气虚络瘀型阳痿中亦有独特优势,现通过阐释其中医病因病机学说,现代医学发病机理,以及方药解析来探析补阳还五汤治疗气虚络瘀型阳痿的临床应用。
Buyang Huanwu Decoction is a representative prescription for treating Qi-deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in clinical application, which has unique advantages in the treatment of Qi-deficiency and blood stasis impotence. By means of the etiology and the pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine theory and modem medical pathogenesis, and analyzing the application of using Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the treatment of Qi-deficiency and blood stasis impotence.
