摘要
竞技游泳训练的特点是负荷量大、时间长、数量大、强度大、密度高.这给运动员在生理和心理上带来很大负担,使运动员的机体有时处于十分疲劳的状态,甚至处于通常所说的“衰竭的边缘”.本文就游泳训练后消除疲劳的手段,提出了科学的理论依据.
Athletic swimming, with the features of large loadtlong time,great quantity, much strength, and high density, will bring athletes into great burden not only in physiology but in psychology, and put them into the most tire form , furthermore, the usual-called 'the edge of decline'. In this paper, an integrated approach to the means of getting rid of tire after swimming trainings is commented. On this basis, the scientific theoretical ground is set forth.
