逍遥散合二至丸加减治疗乳腺癌内分泌治疗后类更年期综合征临床观察

Clinical Observation of Using Modified Xiaoyao Powder Combined with Erzhi Pill in Treating Menopausal Syndrome after Endocrine Treatment of Breast Cancer

目的:观察逍遥散合二至丸加减治疗乳腺癌内分泌治疗后类更年期综合征症状的疗效。方法:选择我院确诊为乳腺癌内分泌治疗后有更年期综合征症状的患者72例,根据就诊单双秩序将患者随机分为观察组和对照组各36例,对照组采用补充维生素治疗,观察组予纯中药逍遥散合二至丸加减治疗,两组患者治疗8周,观察疗效及不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率为91.67%,对照组总有效率为58.33%,与对照组相比,观察组患者类更年期综合征症状明显改善,KPS评分显著提高(P<0.05或<0.01),两组患者均未发现明显不良反应。结论:逍遥散合二至丸加减可明显改善乳腺癌内分泌治疗后类更年期综合征症状,疗效安全可靠。

Objective： To observe the efficacy of Modified Xiaoyao Powder combined with Erzhi Pill in treating chmacteric syndrome after endocrine therapy of breast cancer. Methods： 72 patients with symptoms of climacteric syndrome after endocrine treatment of breast cancer were selected. According to the single or double order, the patients were randomly divided into obser- vation group and controlled group, the controlled group was treated with vitamins, while the observation group was treated with Modified Xiaoyao Powder combined with Erzhi Pill, the two groups were treated for 8 weeks, the curative effect and adverse reac- tion were observed after treatment. Resuhs： The total effective rate was 91. 67% in the observation group, while the total effec- tive rate in the controlled group was 58. 33%. The symptoms of climacteric syndrome and KPS score of the observation group were significantly improved compared with the controlled group （P 〈 0. 05 or 〈0. 01 ）. No significant adverse reactionswas found in the two groups. Conclusion ： Modified Xiaoyao Powder combined with Erzhi Pill can improve the symptoms of menopaus- al syndrome after endocrine therapy of breast cancer, and the curative effect is safe and reliable.
