刺络拔罐结合围刺法治疗对带状疱疹急性期疗效观察及作用机制分析

Curative Observation and Mechanism Analysis of Blood Letting Puncture and Cupping Combined with Encircling Needling Treatment for Herpes Zoster Patients in Acute Phase

目的:观察中医刺络拔罐结合围刺法与西医治疗对带状疱疹急性期患者的治疗效果及对末梢血、疱疹局部血血常规、血清C反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。方法:选取2015年1月至2016年9月在我院诊治的87例带状疱疹急性期患者,采用SPSS16.0软件生成随机数字表分为试验组44例和对照组43例,两组患者均采用西医治疗,试验组同时采用中医刺络拔罐结合围刺法行辅助治疗。结果:治疗后,试验组的VAS评分、ES评分均低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者的末梢血中N、L细胞比例及局部血中的N细胞比例差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验组的局部血中L细胞比例低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组的CRP、P物质、IFN-γ的水平低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组的止泡时间、止痛时间、结痂时间、脱痂时间均低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医刺络拔罐结合围刺法与西医治疗能显著的减轻患者的疼痛症状,调节细胞因子、P物质的水平,尽快的缓解患者的临床症状。

Objective： To explore the traditional Chinese medicine cupping combined with acupuncture and western medicine treatment of peri acute herpes zoster patients. Results： After treatment, the VAS score of the experimental group, ES scores were lower than the controlled group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, the ratio of N cell and L cell in peripheral blood, the proportion of L cells of the local blood in the difference between the two groups had no statistical significance （ P 〉 O. 05 ）, the local blood test group in L cells was lower than that of patients in the controlled group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）, CRP, substance P, IFN-gamma levels of the test group were lower than the controlled group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; After treatment, the test group for global time, pain time, the time of incrustation and decrustation were lower than that of the controlled group, with statis- tical significant differences （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion ： Chinese medicine cupping combined with acupuncture and western medi- cine in the treatment of herpes zoster patients in acute phase can significantly reduce the symptoms of pain, regulating cytokines, substance P level, as soon as possible to relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients.
