当前,纺织化学品的安全性问题仍是影响纺织化学品行业和染整行业创新驱动与转型发展的主要障碍之一。从7个方面即新高度关注物质、OEKO-TEX标准100的新变化、全新OEKO-TEX皮革标准、更为严格的限用物质道德规范、AAFA的新限制物质清单、REACH法规新增的限制条款等阐述了2017年国际市场上禁限用纺织化学品的最新动态。可以看出,国际上采取了一系列措施以支持2020年有害化学品零排放的目标和去毒行动。

At present, the safety problem of textile chemicals is still one of main obstacles to the innovational drive and the transformation of the form of development in the textile chemicals industry and the dyeing and finishing industry. The recent developments in prohibited and restricted textile chemicals in 2017 on the international market were described from 7 respects, that is new SVHC, the new changes of STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX, the new LEATHER STANDARD by OEKO-TEX, stricter moral standard of restricted substances, new RSL （AAFA）, new increased restricted provisions in REACH law etc. It can be seen that a serious of measures were taken to support the goal of zero discharge of hazardous chemicals by 2020 and detox action.
